Rates

We require a 25% deposit to secure your dates with the balance due 6 weeks before arrival.
Rates available on request
A £75 cleaning fee will be added to each booking.

Cancellation Policy

Once we receive your deposit, the dates in the availability calendar will be shown as unavailable. With this in mind, we would lose potential bookings. So, our policy is, as follows:-

FULL refund, if cancellation is given, in writing, before SIX months of the date of the commencement of your holiday in Sucasa.

50% refund if cancellation given, in writing, before THREE months of commencement of your holiday in Sucasa.

25% refund if cancellation given, in writing, 6 weeks before the commencement of your holiday in Sucasa

NO REFUND will be given if cancellation is given in the last 6 weeks. Although, at any time we manage to resell the dates, we will refund monies in FULL. We recommend all clients purchase travel insurance before they travel, then if for any reason you have to cancel, you can claim on your insurance. Although, we can’t comment on the Insurance Companies policies of refund and the reasons that they will do so.

If you cancel at any time, after the deposit is paid, then you will be charged an admin fee of £50.00 to cover the cost of reselling the dates.
